My name is Montrell Steib Jr. I was born and raised in Vacherie, Louisiana. I am a student athlete, and I go to St.james high school. I am currently in the 8th grade looking for big and great opportunities.

As for football, my dream is to earn an athletic scholarship and to be more specific, I want to earn a full ride, offer from LSU.  Not just for football, but for academics also. I want to be known as the best player on and off the field. With hard work, faith and determination, I hope to make it to the NFL.

The way I plan on pursuing my dreams and goals is to be a leader. I will lead by example and I will advise others to not follow others who give off negative energy. I will work to maintain a 3.8 gpa and keep doing what I do on and off the field to make my dreams and goals a reality.

I came across this young sir on Twitter and like the majority of the kids who I meet, Montrell sent me a message and that was all I needed. I am always impressed when a kid takes the initiative to contact me, but I am taken to another level when the communication is equally open. That’s how you build significant relationships and this young sir is hungry to learn and eager to elevate. And I am ready willing and able to help him get in position to reach his dreams and goals.
