🌟 Message from DM9, LLC
Success isn’t just about talent—it’s about preparation. Training and development are essential in every area of life. My parents trained me, my teachers challenged me, my coaches pushed me, and my faith sustained me. Each stage of my journey required learning, discipline, and commitment to growth.
Like Joshua, who was trained under Moses and developed into a great leader, our training and preparation determine how we handle life’s biggest moments. When you’re truly developed, things should change—you put off the old and embrace the new.
💡 Athletes
Peak performance doesn’t happen overnight. The extra reps, the film study, the discipline in the weight room—those are what prepare you for game day. Just like Joshua trained under Moses, your preparation today determines your success tomorrow.
💡 Parents
Your training and guidance shape your child’s future. Just as my parents instilled faith, discipline, and hard work in me, your influence helps your child develop the mindset and character needed to navigate life’s challenges.
💡 Coaches/Mentors
As coaches and mentors, we are called to train, develop, and prepare the next generation for their opportunities. Moses trained Joshua, and Joshua led the people to victory. The seeds we plant today in the form of discipline, accountability, and faith will shape the leaders of tomorrow. Stay committed to the process, and trust that your impact will be felt long after the training sessions end.
🙏🏾 Reflection
Are you training and developing in a way that prepares you for your moment? Are you putting in the work spiritually, mentally, and physically to step into the opportunities the Lord has for you? Joshua’s obedience led to victory—what will your preparation lead to?
